As for censureship, none of my works were directly censured, Brittain was very far ahead of the curve in that sense. i did get into a lot of trouble over my works against the French Revolution. I wrote about the problems with regicide, and the forced form of revolution occuring in France. many of my collegues found these works to be in poor taste.
